Dear Exhibitors:
The dates for the Northeastern Regional Association of Assessing Officers conference have been set and preparations are under way. The NRAAO has teamed up with the Association of Municipal Assessors of New Jersey (AMANJ) for this exciting event. This year the annual conference will be held at Bally’s Hotel & Casino, Atlantic City, NJ, May 19-22, 2024.
As part of the conference, we are offering an opportunity for companies to exhibit their products to a captive audience. Exhibitor booths are available, but space is limited so don’t delay. Exhibit hours will be Sunday, May 19 from 6-8 pm. During this time, the Welcome Reception will be held in the exhibit area featuring: hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and live entertainment. On Monday, May 20ᵗʰ there will be a Box Lunch with Exhibitors between 11:30 am and 1 pm and prize drawings for those in attendance.
We sincerely hope you take advantage of this time networking and interacting with current and perspective clients.
The cost to participate as an Exhibitor is $900. Included in this fee are the following:
- 2 registrations for Sunday & Monday
- 1 draped booth with electric
- 1 draped 6’ table, 2 chairs, waste basket
- A guaranteed audience!
Additional items such as data ports, shipping and receiving will be obtained in the Exhibitor
Packet.
