Ride the Wave to the Cape for the NRAAO/MAAO Spring Conference to be held at the Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts from April 28 - May 3, 2012!
The MAAO is excited to be hosting this year’s NRAAO Conference at the Red Jacket Beach Resort April 28 – May 3, 2012! Some of the topics for the conference will include: Green Construction; GIS & Assessing; Restaurant Appraisal; Land Value; Billboard Values; Foreclosures and Short Sales; Mold Removal and Costs; as well as a 1-day USPAP. Social events to include an opening reception, bonfire on the beach, dinner banquet as well as the annual golf tournament. As always there will be a vendor exhibition to be held on Sunday and Monday.
The Red Jacket Beach Resort is available to accept reservations for this conference already! The prices are as follows: Standard Room - $119/per night plus tax; 3-bedroom townhouse - $465/ per night plus tax; and 4-bedroom townhouse - $485/per night plus tax. To make a reservation, please contact the Red Jackets reservation line at 800-672-0500. Attendees will need to reference the group code: MAAO NRAAO in order to receive the pricing listed above.
