The 2017 NRAAO Conference will be held at the Mystic Hilton. The room rate is $169.00. There is no parking fee. Room rates are subject to a 15% tax UNLESS a CT Cert. 112 is submitted to the Hotel prior to your arrival.
Click on the following link for the Connecticut Cert 112 http://www.ct.gov/drs/lib/drs/fillable_certificates/cert-112fillable.pdf. The certificate must then be submitted to the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services for approval. Upon receipt of the stamped approved certificate, you will need to submit the certificate to the Hotel PRIOR to your arrival and the tax will be waived.

You will also need to submit a Cert 112 for Ocean Blue Catering, 55 Coogan Boulevard, Mystic, CT if you want to have the taxes waived for the Sunday Event at the Mystic Aquarium.
